Spring 2011

So good to be back on the path.  Everything is awakening after our very long and severe winter.  One of the worst in memory.
The first thing I noticed out for a walk today was the honking.  The pumpkin fields of the fall are now filled with geese.  Many of them flying from field to field.  Ducks, too.
Also saw two red-tailed hawks circling by the parking area.
The old bridge to NiskaIsle is gone and work is ongoing to remove the boulder dam built to build the new bridge.

Lots of walkers out and Tom.  He rollerblades, runs and now UNICYCLES!!
