Seasonably warm with little wind which I always like. Saw several birders in their pocketed vests, but they had nothing unusual to report.
My thoughts centered on real estate today. Negotiations are a funny dance.
I was impressed with the progress made on NiskaIsle bridge. It is scheduled to be completed by Nov. 30. Will be 12 feet above grade.
